Vacuum Control Circuit
The 2BV AIR SAVE ejectors are equipped with an integrated vacuum control circuit. Once a preset vacuum level is reached, a valve automatically shuts off the compressed air supply. If the vacuum level drops over time to a lower set point, the control circuit automatically reactivates the compressed air, restoring the vacuum level. This vacuum window design results in energy savings of over 95%.
No External Control System Required
Thanks to the integrated vacuum control circuit, no additional external control system is necessary. A blow-off pulse allows for the safe placement of transported workpieces.
